1. Changed threshold (now 300) for new players to start gaining regular points. That will prevent new players from gaining easy points when killing more experienced players. In short, new players will need to get more experience before start climbing in rankings.
2. Changed maximum skill points (now 20) that can be gained when killing most skilled player. That is also related to previous change.
3. Add new server maps: aim_taliban and fy_iceworld_arena.
